Having outgrown a shared office with its parent company CIBC now FirstCaribbean, CIBC Trust Company (Bahamas) Limited sought the expertise of LC&A to design the interior fit-out of their new corporate headquarters located in the Goodman's Bay Corporate Centre. The new 12,000 SF design provides a double loaded open cubicle layout with private offices. There are two private offices to the North for the Managing/Assistant Managing Director, each with its own private restroom and both with direct access to a 10 seat conference room complete with additional seating area and a wet bar with other amenities. A state-of-the-art UPS system was also put in place, coupled with two employee restrooms and a full-service staff kitchen/dining area.
