Mr. Chisholm is a registered Bahamian Architect with over 50 years of experience in Architecture and Planning, having designed and developed several major projects throughout his career. He has held the position of Registrar of the Bahamas Professional Architect's Board from 2002-2006, currently serves on the 2021 board, and is also a corporate member of the Institute of Bahamian Architects. Additionally, Mr. Chisholm has also served on the College of The Bahamas now University of The Bahamas Job Placement Advisory Committee. He is also an International Associate member of the American Institute of Architects, specifically the Connecticut Chapter of the AIA in New England.

A message from the Chairman

From a modest firm with two employees operating out of a two-story building to our current corporate office building in the heart of downtown Nassau, LC&A has indeed come a long way over the last 48 years. From our initial focus in the area of residential and commercial, to an interdisciplinary firm providing Architecture, Engineering, Planning, and Landscape Architecture. Fast forward to today, LC&A now offers a full cadre of capabilities for the built environment. LC&A continues to adhere and adopt the changing of new ideas and global philosophies, and we have always been a catalyst for evolution. Our wide range of experience here in the Bahamas and South America consists of affiliation through synergy with some of the leading international architectural/engineering firms, which has enabled us to mesh these collaborations and incorporate them into the execution of our projects in order to achieve the best solution for our clients.
