Built in 1995, this unique commercial office building houses one of Nassau's leading law firms. Prior to its construction, nothing had previously been built in this area for nearly two decades. A challenging site due to its size and urban context, the creation of the highly pitched-roof and dormers allows for the utilization of the roof as a penthouse suite, thereby creating three levels. Sloped below the street level, covered parking is provided at the rear for upper management along with several additional on-site parking.
