A proposed mixed-use Resort, Clubhouse and Marina development to be located in one of the Southeastern Islands, Bahamas. The resort will be a unique and exclusive insertion to the existing Island. It will comprise of high-end luxury residences, condominium units, a clubhouse with a 73-slip marina, and a mix of restaurants/retail offerings. Additionally, the resort will provide all the state-of-the-art amenities to adequately service the development and will provide a self-contained destination for residents, their guests and visitors alike.

The resort creates areas for relaxation, socializing, leisure and excitement.  The restaurant and clubhouse creates character on the beachfront, allowing for an exclusive marina with private moorings; also for residents and visitors alike.  Leisure is well catered for, with a fitness center, tennis courts as well as access to water sports, bone fishing, big game sport fishing and bird watching.  The clubhouse will provide food and beverage for the development and a number of boutique retail offerings are situated within walking distance.

 

Private residency is a key component of the site and will help support the retail areas of the development.   A variety of dwellings will be available for purchase, from two to three bedroom cottages as well as luxury residences.  A 50-room boutique hotel is also planned for the resort which will feature a health & wellness spa on the penthouse level.
